What happens if I send back fewer than three items?

If you make a mistake and do not ship all items back in your pre-paid return bag, then you may email us at support@nyandcompanycloset.com to request a new return label.  You will be responsible for finding a new return bag or box.  Your next box will not be sent until you Return Notify these items or we receive them.

NY&C Closet’s pricing assumes members ship all items back together.  Please note that we reserve the right to charge for additional return labels.
